Located in Heropa, the house is two story. The front yard's most prominent feature (in the way that Will cares about it more than everything else) is a dogwood tree. There's a garden all about, rose bushes and various other flowering plants. Moonflower from Raina stretches along the back of the house. As for the inside, there are walkways all over for the raccoons, cats, whatever feels like climbing about (see this video for a good idea of those additions). Everything else, really, follow your dreams. We'll Rose Madder this house if we have to. Buy out the house behind or next to them and let it grow, etc. There's nothing too expensive or outrageous, it's a normal house aside from all the animals and, arguably, some of the people who live there. And speaking of the animals other than the raccoon posse, here's a (current) list:

Grundy - April's cat, look at this beautiful face and despair.

Gunther - Will's first dog here. Trained well enough to sit and stay at the bait shop with him. The handsome bearded blunder.

Ziggy - Abigail's cat. She is named after the Ziggy you're thinking of. Dark stray Will found hanging around the bait shop. Loves attention.

Sharkbait - Bulldog Will rescued and April named. Has taken to Jeff like Jeff was his rescuer. May give your legs some much needed affection.

Bark - Thomas and Grey's doggie. Look at that face.

Charlie - Shiba Inu Will picked up in honor of Freddie (because of the lightning event). But he can't name her Freddie, so he went with Charlie instead.

Mitch-bot and Old Eddie - Two teddy bear hamsters Will got to lift April's spirits. Put them in rodent balls and watch them go. If you forgot you did, the raccoons won't.

Sir Samson Fluffington the Third of Floof-upon-Tweed - Abigail's guardian dog the size of a pony. You can call him Sam, but respect his knight status.

Now since there's quite a few of us I thought it would be a good idea to fill out a little about our characters. And if there's anything you want to add on in the future—housemate, new pet, WHATEVER—comment here and I'll toss it in!
Player: tell me who are you, you, you, you, youuuuuuuuuuuuu
Character: Name, p. simple
Job: What it says on the tin.
Daily Routine: Anything of note? Any places in the house they're most likely to be found in? Do they wake up early or late, have a specific diet? Anything that may be noticed by others in the house, for reference later on. Do they hang around the house in yoga pants and a t shirt, do they like to dress up, do they have a habit of beating the shit out of everyone in Monopoly or Scrabble, favorite shows or books, etc. etc.
Anything else? Do you have an idea of what their room is like you want to share, maybe? Additional details of whatever you want go here!

Character: Rincewind
Job: Assistant Librarian at the Nonah Public Library
Daily Routine: Rincewind is an early riser, and anyone near his room might become one too, since he has an unfortunate habit of waking with a scream. It is involuntary, he is sorry. His sleep schedule is actually pretty jacked all around (although slowly improving as he grows more comfortable in the home), so it's pretty impossible to tell when he will or won't be bedding down for the night or how long that will last. Sometimes he gets up several times due to night terrors, and might be heard padding around the house or found passed out on the couch or at the kitchen table. He is a very light sleeper, and weird noises in the middle of the night might have him poking his head out into the hallway. (Luckily, he can differentiate Weird Noises from Loving Noises, ifyouknowwhatImean, so he won't interrupt any sexytiems.)
If not working he can be found in his room or in the living room. TV is a sometimes activity, with a heavy preference for the sort of programs designed for retirees and stay-at-home mothers (think lots of Antique Roadshow, Food Network, and Storage Wars) but he generally prefers books. Food-wise he enjoys a lot of British foods, with a heavy emphasis on potatoes and sausages. He is easily startled and generally a shut-in, but can be a good time if beer or wine is offered or someone wants to play cards.
If not in his robes and hat he might be found in the mornings or evening in his pajamas, which consist of a white, long-sleeved, knee-length nightgown with matching nightcap and fuzzy slippers. In hotter weather he might eventually be spotted at night in just his hat and boxers, but he is generally uncomfortable showing much skin. He has a varied collection of scars, most heavily on his back. His wizard hat is pretty much a constant feature, even after leaving the shower. Every now and again he tries out more "modern" clothes for work
like April's blousebut they're all kind of ridiculous because he has no idea how to dress. The Luggage can often be found prowling around the house, although when Rincewind is down for the night it generally is too. It pretty much worships April, likes to try and play Alpha to the other pets, and will absolutely steal your food if you leave it unattended. It loves crushing cans for recycling, with perhaps a little too much enthusiasm. Recently it has insisted on going for walks when the dogs do, but attempts to actually leash it will result in a lid raised in warning.
...There is a high possibility someone might find it outside their shower or "staring" at them from across a room at night. Sorry, guys, it is sometimes weird and creepy. But it will do your laundry!
Anything else? Anyone who ventures into Rincewind's room will probably be disappointed - it's a pretty boring place. With the exception of a decent full-sized bed, everything is secondhand and one or two furniture pieces are outright broken. He has a large standing wardrobe which the Luggage sleeps atop of, and a desk constantly strewn with sewing supplies. Books are piled on various surfaces without order, and there are no personal decorations, on the walls or otherwise.
Two notable features are a vintage record player and a tank with a box turtle in it named Turturibus (sometimes "Bus" for short). It, uh, just means "turtle" in Latin. Because Rincewind has little imagination. He is a tiny old man of a reptile who Rincewind rescued from repeated suicidal attempts to cross a busy street. Pretty mellow (he is a turtle) but looks constantly grumpy. Loves cucumbers.
The record player was a thrift store find, and housemates may note occasional music (sometimes folk or jazz, but mostly soul and blues) emanating from behind Rincewind's door.
