[If he hadn't spent years unraveling and shifting blame for so many things directly where it belonged (Hannibal), he would have had a more difficult time last winter. He'd have been more tempted to blame himself for Jeff's murder. He knew better than that. He knew where the real blame fell. But he also had weak moments where he wondered if he could have changed that fate, fixed things, done something so Jeff didn't have to go through it. For Will, it was no cakewalk but it was something he always knew might happen, even more brutally than Walter White cooking him from the inside. But for Jeff?
