Communication is very important. I think April told you that too, didn't she? That's what gets us through our rough patches. Sometimes it's difficult but most things that are truly important don't come easy.

The longer you're around someone and the more you know their weirdness, the more you have a chance to appreciate it. Or not appreciate it. The more you can accept it as part of them. Part of what makes them the person they are. Getting to know a person means getting to understand them. The good and the bad and everything in between. In return, they get to understand you. When you can see each other, every detail comes together. Like looking a painting. You see a full picture instead of bits and pieces. If they let you and you let them.
It's a treat when you get to that point. And sometimes the weirdness in that picture is the best part of it. The backbone without which there'd be nothing to see.
