[Pardon his French, ma'am.] Doctor Chilton doesn't have anything to lose if that happens again. Not unless he's involved. If it happens within your team after he's done an evaluation, story's different. Your name's on it, sure. So's his. Opportunistic or not, there's a heavy risk to him should he make a mistake.
