I've found him two seconds from breaking your door down a few mornings. Whimpering. Only way I could get him to let you have some extra sleep was by taking him to the kitchen and giving him bits of breakfast as I made it.
Even then he kept making that face and trying to leave.
Had to shut him in and the noise he made? You would have thought I was physically abusing him.
