Depends on what you're going for. You wanna stand in a river, feel the water around you as you fish? In waders and gear, of course. Or you wanna go out to sea? [There are many types of fishing, Chrollo, you better hold onto your butt. Your probably finely crafted butt that looks fantastic in all sorts of lighting. Shit.] A lot of people'd say it's always best to go before sunrise, but...going mid-morning or around lunch works, too, if you know where to go.
