Freezing cold. It's covered in snow and ice. [ALL OF IT. NOTHING IS NOT WHITE.] I've never been myself, but it's—well known for being really cold.

As opposed to saying it's a developed State like any of the others, they've got BUILDINGS!] I'm sure you'll be fine.

People do. Even if the environment's not completely human-friendly, we'll find a way to live there. [Unless it's straight up desert.] They've got sleds pulled by dogs, too. Maybe you can see that.
