He claims to have a body that is a corpse and a soul that is a ghost. Claims to have tried to kill himself multiple times over in a wide variety of ways that generally do the trick to a mortal body. He's smoke, in that way. There's no killing smoke. Perhaps he could be caught, but to truly end him would take an act that I can neither provide with a bullet or any powers I've been granted by this place.
