[Perhaps she never got to know Will very well (or he wouldn't let her, he's not sure), but he's more than used to awkward pauses. When he teaches, he's fine. When he discusses the more basic aspects of a case, he's fine. But every now and then, every now and then, he can be quite the king of those awkward pauses.
