[-until she leaps right at him. He brings up his arms, shielding his arms more out of reflex than anything, but she latches onto his sleeve and clambers up his biceps to rest on his shoulder. Mission accomplished. A second later he realizes he isn't being mauled horribly, and he lowers his arms, careful not to jostle the semi-wild animal that's currently using him as a... roost? Shelf? Tree branch? Tree branch seems like the most appropriate word here.]
...not particularly.
[His scowl is interrupted by a fluffy tail tickling his cheek, and he winces when fur threatens to fly in his eye.]
Just- [Gackthpt! He's coughing on that fur now] - will you get this thing off of me?!

Said fluffy tail continues to tickle, now purposefully being waved at his nose. It's like the sexy feather duster. Only instead of a hot chick maid waving it about, it's a hot chick raccoon. Wearing Miles' neck stuff...
If only he could snap a picture for April without it being obvious. Alas. Life is such suffering.]
All right, all right. S'enough. Give him some breathing room. You're coming on too strong. [Worry not, Miles Edgeworth, Will Graham is an equipped savior. He's already lit Edgeworth on fire, if by proxy, he can suffer to save the man a time or two. He outright plucks the raccoon off his shoulder and pulls her furry body back against his chest. Her little paws are still reaching out. She loves you, Miles. She loooooooovesssss you! ACCEPT HER LOVE!] None of this needs to get home right away.
[He shakes the bag a bit; nothing that needs the refrigerator. He's got time.]
You hungry?

What, is this your idea of an apology?
[Any heat in his voice isn't actual anger towards Will, so much as lingering adrenaline from a certain someone's affections. Or maybe it's the lack of sleep. Or maybe he really could stand to eat, and should actually take Will up on his offer. If nothing else, he should at least ask if he has a snickers in there.]
