I assume you don't want to hear about sleeping pills, and I can't blame you. I do have some advice for more natural methods that have worked for me from time to time.

- Schedule any workout routines for earlier in the day.
- Use lavender to clean your sheets and pajamas, keep it near where you sleep.
- Valerian, passionflower, hops, and lemon balm are good herbs that can induce drowsiness.
- Avoid electronics and similar stimulation before bed.

Do you have someone you're intimate with, by any chance?
