His name is Melkor. He was one of the ones whose abilities and crimes were publicized around a month ago. There is much more that I remember however he seems to be from a time earlier than I and has not done or revealed some of what he did in my time.

[He pauses. He's never been one to show weakness to someone he doesn't know. This time, it is a matter of hopefully keeping Melkor from harming anyone else.]
