Yes. Arm injury, I suspect dislocation or clavicle involved. I have a read on his height, less on his weight. Hard to tell given the circumstances, but he's healthy, probably in his prime years. Fully adult male with how he holds himself and the muscle definition I could make out. He keeps himself in good physical condition, whoever he is.
He has a limited form of propulsion with his flames. He was able to use them to get himself up and away with good maneuverability, though I wouldn't be able to say just how much height or distance he can get. Given that he was playing it by foot to be getting alligator rushed, it may be draining, or it may not. He's able to throw flame after a fashion, too.
Probably can't throw as far with accuracy. Might be able to throw flaming things with better accuracy. I'd be surprised if someone as dedicated to a cause as he appears to be doesn't have some medium or long range capability.
