Fourthwalling: If the game allows it and your character would know him, feel free. Will's not very well-known in pop culture, from the looks of it. Everyone knows Hannibal, though, so if Will mentions him, they can take it from there. I'd prefer no one tell him to his face that he's a fictional character UNLESS it's plotted out first. Please don't drop a comment like, "Oh hey you're that guy who Hannibal gutted!!! Sup?"

Fighting with this character: Will's head is full of methods serial killers have used to brutally murder and, in one case, escape while wearing handcuffs. He's not going to start a fight, and he'd be more likely to try and disarm than actually hurt, but if his life is clearly on the line, he's not going to go down without a fight. This doesn't mean he's super strong or anything, it just means he has a few things up his sleeves that don't really seem to line up with who he is. Beat the hell out of him and simultaneously be confused because why does this guy know how to do that. It's a winning combination.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): In game? Of course, let's plot it out. In a meme? Go crazy, no need to ask unless it gets really extreme.
