Will was accepted mid-April and placed into #008. He owns a bait shop and is going to work there as long as he possibly can. Coming into game as he did, one of his first stops was to get a cast on his hand and, a week later, getting to the hospital so he could be treated for encephalitis.
He moved to De Chima with Bader (

Powers:
Shadowgrab Stag: A type of shadow control that will let him "grab" shadows (his own, other people's, animals, objects, etc.) and turn them into something completely tangible. In Will's case, that something is going to be the ravenstag and no amount of practice or work will change it. He'll never be able to turn a shadow into something else, it's either shadow stag or nothing. And, in that limitation, he can only create one to be the same size as the "real" one. He can't use several shadows to make one five times its usual size. They won't respond to him. However, he can do the opposite, and make them smaller than the "real" stag if he doesn't have enough to work with to make the full thing. He could have a bunch of tiny stags the size of grasshoppers running around or he can have one at regular size, but once he's achieved a shadow stag at its normal size and shape, he won't be able to do anything else with any other shadow. Using his own shadow or the shadow of someone he knows well (or an item he owns, a plant he's taken care of, a building he frequents) will let him have much better control. He'll be able to form it and it will keep itself in line—it'll act as an extension of himself more easily. Using shadows of strangers, people he's not very familiar with, or anything else that he doesn't have a relationship with will be more work. It will be more likely to react in ways he wouldn't approve of if he doesn't keep a "grip" on it, and the risk of it going wild enough that he'll have to banish it back to its normal shadow form where it initially came from is much higher. Will's own shadow is the only one that can decide to retreat without him giving it the okay. The others have to deal with being part of the corporeal world until he lets them go.
Animal Adaptation: Falls in three umbrellas. He'll have his former power to breathe underwater, night vision, and the additional ability of heightened smell. They will all be on par with something an animal would have. His eyes will still light up like an animal's for night vision, and super smell would be learned in the way that if he smells something he hasn't before, he won't automatically just KNOW what it is. These will not work like they have in the past, where they were a part of him that kicked in whether he wanted them to or not. He will find he has to switch them on. Meaning if he is knocked unconscious and thrown into a body of water, there is no longer a guarantee gills are going to sprout so he'll be totally fine. This could also play out in darker ways, if he's drugged or physically tortured in some way, his brain might misfire and so forth and so on.
DOG COMPLEX — Will has the power to shift into a dog of any breed. This is solely dogs, no wolf hybrids, nothing that looks like a dog but is half hyena or some exotic creature that looks dog-like but is totally a special breed of coyote whatever whatever, just straight up doge. All he has to do is picture the dog in his head and he can turn into it; if he tries to picture any Super Special Mix He Has Not Seen But Thinks Would Be A Cool Dog he will turn into an ordinary, scraggly mutt. There is a luck aspect to this as well. If Will has no real picture in mind but is thinking of a particular size (toy, teacup, standard, pony-sized dog, whatever) or trait (fast, good swimmer, annoying as hell bark) he'll shift into a breed fitting that but won't be able to predict the outcome. He can mix traits and sizes, but that will be through trial and error. For instance, if he just thinks of one trait without a size ("fast" versus "big and fast") it will default to something appropriate to only that trait. So if he needs a good swimming dog but leaves the size to Fate, he's more likely to turn into a fluffy little Schipperke instead of some majestic large water dog. He will retain his sense of self as a dog but be unable to communicate via the mental link to the Network/devices. If he tries, it will be a garbled mess. People will wonder why he's translated something through Babelfish levels of poor dog translation going on. This will all take some getting used to, and in the time it takes him to accept and become familiar with this power, it is possible to be triggered without him meaning to. Intense feelings of hunger, shame, guilt, exhaustion, protectiveness, loneliness, abandonment, or needing to use the restroom can result in Will Graham just up and turning into a dog until he gets control of it. How embarrassing.
Cup Repair: Is a wine glass or teacup broken? Something made to hold a beverage that’s not in a plastic or glass bottle? Did that WORLD’S BEST BOSS coffee mug fall out and hit the floor? Will can fix it! Anything designed to hold a beverage that’s not a plastic or glass bottle (like a beer or cream soda bottle) and ends up destroyed is in good hands with Will. All he has to do is pick it up and focus, and bam. All those shards go flying right back into place and it’s like brand new again. Just the first time, because the next time it breaks, he can’t salvage it completely. There will be a chip or two. The third time, it’ll have another one. A fourth time, it’ll be unfit to use. He tried.
Night Vision: His night vision is superior, not something that would come from binoculars or anything man-made to help see in the dark, but because of an extra layer of tissue in the eye that humans don’t have (tapetum lucidum). It’s on par with an animal that primarily hunts at night. It’s not something he can hide, same as those animals—if someone were to shine a light on him in the dark, he’d get what’s known as eyeshine, where the eyes light up and glow very noticeably.
Mongoose Immunity: This allows Will to digest poisons that would otherwise kill him. The upside is he won't die. The downside is that he isn't an actual mongoose (yeah, yeah). His body will be able to digest it, but it will still react negatively after. Stomach issues and chills, this for that. This goes for anything that would be enough to poison him past the point of no return. So he'll still be able to drink alcohol and take medication, but if it gets to be a life-threatening toxic amount, this power will kick in. He can still go be sedated or go through other unpleasant drug-induced states without anything stopping it or even knowing, but as soon as that drug crosses a line where his life is at risk, the immunity will step up. Whether it's consumed, injected, or put into him through some other means, it'll react just the same. The only time this won't apply is if the poison is something so toxic it burns and eats away everything it touches on contact. Will won't be able to drink an acid that, usually, when it touches a human, destroys flesh and muscle and exposes bone, but he can totally top off his apple pie with the household bug spray and be just fine after his stomach gives him hell. If it's something he consumes through poisoned drink or food (or just plain old curiosity about how it works, mixing rat poison with his cereal), he'll be able to detect a "fruity" flavor. It's like getting a mixed drink and not being certain what sort berry one is tasting, or what type of citrus, etc. But no matter how much exposure he has to a certain poison, he'll never be able to tell which is which. Just that there's something a little different involved.
Dogs:
Gunther: German wirehaired pointer. Look at that dude. Just look at him and his majestic mustache. Bless.
